• Be the friendly face and voice of our State Farm Agency, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information promptly
• Guide customers through policy inquiries, changes, and claims with confidence and empathy
• Unlock your potential by cross-selling and upselling State Farm products to help customers protect what matters most
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate closely with our talented agency team to achieve sales and service goals
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up-to-date with State Farm policies, procedures, and product knowledge
• Show your problem-solving skills by handling customer complaints with grace and escalating complex issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to create meaningful connections with our valued customers
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities that set you apart from the rest
• Multitasker with exceptional time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Holding an active Property and Casualty license is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe
