Due to the explosive growth of both Nick’s and The Modern Groom–our national wedding brand–we are looking to hire a full-time Project Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and the Senior Director of Growth Marketing & Ecommerce to oversee project timelines, coordinate tasks, and drive projects to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including but not limited to tech development, marketing campaigns, and ecommerce initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with the CEO, CTO, and Senior Director of Growth Marketing & Ecommerce. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively, including budget, manpower, and technology requirements, to meet project deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day risk/issue management for projects, and escalate issues, as appropriate. Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with company branding and guidelines.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and alignment with overarching business objectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Create bi-weekly status reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
• Create a sprint schedule and perform capacity planning for each sprint to optimize team productivity and workload distribution.
• Create agendas, meeting minutes, and action items lists, as required, to ensure effective communication and collaboration with department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in project management, preferably in the retail, technology or ecommerce industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• PMP certification is a plus.

What We Offer

• Salary - $80,000 starting (depending on experience)
