Nicholson & Associates Insurance LLC is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Centralia, WA

We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Assistant in our Centralia, WA office.

Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a well-established independent brokerage that serves all lines of insurance. Our team of highly motivated individuals works hard to reach our goal of serving our community together with the highest degree of integrity. We are looking to grow our team with individuals who are equally committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and communities.

Job summary:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
-Tidy and maintain reception and kitchen areas.
-Process client payments, including possible cash handling.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Bilingual
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
-Valid drivers license

Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a smoke-free workplace and has a strict non-smoking policy. Nicotine will be tested in the pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week
