We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Assistant in our Centralia, WA office.
Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a well-established independent brokerage that serves all lines of insurance. Job summary:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
-Tidy and maintain reception and kitchen areas.
-Process client payments, including possible cash handling.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Bilingual
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
-Valid drivers license
Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a smoke-free workplace and has a strict non-smoking policy. Nicotine will be tested in the pre-employment drug screen.
