We are seeking experienced Bookkeeper in the Chattanooga Tennessee Area! As a Bookkeeper, your primary responsibilities include full cycle Accounts Payables and Receivables, Creating invoices and submitting them to customers, maintaing customer files and updating information as needed, Collections on a regular basis via phone call, Account reconciliations, customer support, and other various clerical tasks as needed. Quickbooks Online experience and 3 years experience working in an Accounting position is preferred. Responsibilities

• Preform general accounting functions utilizing quickbooks, excel, and other systems
• Verify the accuracy and completion of invoice payments charging to the appropriate accounts
• Working with senior leadership to assist in development of annual budgets and monitoring account variances
• Manage client communications and contact regarding payments, order information, and general account information
• Provide excellent customer service communicating with clients and vendors
