Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations as well as generating new business, developing relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and schedule estimates

- Maintain and organize office and warehouse

- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor scheduling

- Maintain warehouse and lot

- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry into CRM as well as miscellaneous tasks such as copying, scanning and emailing

- conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.

- Run leads given, climb roofs, inspect roofs for potential storm damage, estimate projects, take photos, mark roofs for insurance-related damages, and close the sale

-Communicate with customers, adjusters or property managers as needed to complete the roofing sale.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of roofing materials and installation techniques

- Proven sales experience in roofing or construction preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs

- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

- Ability to climb ladder to inspect roofing shingles and lift 80 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000/year PLUS $20,000-$45,000 in commissions on sales and job bonuses

Expected hours: 40 per week
