We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Armed Security Officers to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients residential property. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of individuals and property
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to identify potential threats or suspicious behavior
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain order
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid armed security officer license/certificate
- Previous , or security preferred
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
