Role Requirements:

• Valid Security D and G licenses, with specialized training for armed security personnel.
• Experience in law enforcement, military, or armed security roles preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with firearms, including a clean record of handling and use.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills, with the ability to act calmly and decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions in all circumstances.
• A commitment to ethical conduct, including the responsible carrying and potential use of a firearm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security coverage for various sites, including commercial properties, residential communities, and event venues.
• Conduct patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and perform checks to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a high level of preparedness and vigilance to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises.
