Job Responsibilities:
- Patrolling, inspecting, and monitoring the premises, personnel, and residents to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Documenting any incident and informing of all policy breaches or procedures that take place
- Examining, going over, and inspecting buildings and equipment as well as access points to identify any irregularities
- Working to prevent losses and destruction by promptly reporting any observed suspicious activity
- Circulating the facility regularly to ensure the safety and security of the community
- Preserving the security of the establishment with a visible presence
- Delivering excellent customer service and upholding a professional demeanor at all times
Candidate's requirements:
- Must possess valid State of Florida security licenses, Class D and G
- Possession of a personal firearm is mandatory for G license holders
- Possession of a valid FL Driver's License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work variable hours is necessary
