Our NATION is looking for: a Road Supervisor with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills. The duties will consist of but not be limited to the development and implementation of the organization and overseeing the supervision of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must Have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience.

• Must have a CLEAN Driving record

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Security or Law Enforcement training and/or experience required, active security officer license, and clean driving record required.

• Must possess good working knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and operational best practices; must be reliable and dependable.

• Must have availability and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and nights, as required by the operation of a 24/7 service.

• Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, dispatch, and the public, to understand and follow Standard Operating. Spanish is a plus.

• Procedures (SOP’s), to perform duties in a professional manner, to maintain and be a role model for proper conduct and professional appearance, to complete required reports and log entries, to investigate incidents, to use experience, expertise, and common sense to make independent good judgment decisions within applicable best practices, policies, and procedures; must maintain security license active and driving record clean at all times.

• Bilingual in Spanish (PREFERRED) 

• REQUIRED - Security D License and Security G License

• MUST have personal arm (ARMED Security Supervisor)
