NextGen Leads is Hiring an Account Executive Near San Diego, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

While your responsibilities and duties are subject to change at the Company’s discretion, the following summary sets forth your anticipated initial responsibilities.

The Account Executive is primarily responsible to prospect, onboard, and scale new business and ensure the highest quality of service and resolution to customers.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Prospecting, cold calling and closing new clients 
  • Assisting clients in achieving positive ROI
  • Creating pitch and sales material
  • Providing direct link between clientele and company
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients needs and expectations
  • Nurturing client relationships and creating positive experience
  • Retaining customer business
  • Overcome challenges and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing on customer pain-points
  • Recommending strategic optimizations and products to clientele
  • Attending trade shows and training sessions
  • Tracking and accurately distributing client funds
  • Create performance based reports for clients 
  • Deliver client-focused solutions
  • Continually look for opportunities within key accounts (downlines, expanding budgets, etc)
  • Speaking with customers on the phone regularly and providing superior customer service and support
  • Additional duties as assigned

Essential Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on computers and phones at the same time 
  • Great organizational skills a must
  • Previous experience presenting in groups
  • Positive outlook and upbeat personality, good phone etiquette
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and team members
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to take initiative, needs little to no supervision

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Superior technical abilities including Google Suite, specifically email, calendar, Zoom, Slack, Gong, creating decks, documents and formatting/formulating sheets
  • Familiar with NGL technologies and the ability to use the functionality of such systems
  • Typing 50 WPM
  • Understanding basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) /software functionality. 

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associate Degree Preferred
  • BS/BA Preferred

Compensation:

  • $20.00/hour Commission
  • Earning Potential: $50k-$70k annually
