As the Marketing and Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive one-on-one guidance that includes classroom-style training, roleplay scenarios, and regular performance evaluations. 

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Representative include:

• Executing marketing and sales programs through the implementation of neighborhood-based outreach campaigns
• Promoting products and services directly to homeowners and decision makers to create a memorable buying experience that fosters genuinity, honesty and transparency
• Serving as the face of our client’s brand in the local community while exhibiting an extreme sense of professionalism 
• Educating consumers on clients' products and services with the goal of enrolling new customers or upgrading existing ones 
• Participating in continuing training opportunities 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• At least some experience in a customer service, hospitality, sales or retail role preferred 
• The ability to start immediately and work full time hours 
• The ability to travel locally 

• Clear and confident communication skills 
• Organization and the ability to follow through and complete tasks 
• The ability to think on your feet and problem solve 
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
