Job Description Summary:

Project Manager will function as the primary client contact, ensuring that their needs are met while also adhering to budgets, schedules, and excellence in quality of service. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff to ensure accurate plans are developed that meet or exceed the client’s expectations.

Job functions include but are not limited to:

1. Providing excellent oral and written communications with clients, consultants, and staff.
2. Participating in preparation and compliance of project budgets.
3. Assisting with project contracts.
4. Monitoring progress to ensure fiscal responsibility of project.
5. Overseeing project labor schedules and assignments.
6. Moving between projects as needed to meet deadlines.
7. Being able to sketch details and communicate ideas to production staff.
8. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Sketch-Up
9. Coordinating consultants and monitoring their progress billing.
10. Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
11. Maintaining and overseeing construction administration oversight with emphasis on timeliness, quality assurance and risk management.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Requirement:

• Architecture: 8 years minimum
• Multi-family housing experience preferred
