Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Production Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the quality production department, handling a variety of administrative tasks and assisting with quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Production Manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
  • Assist in the coordination of product testing and quality assurance procedures.
  • Handle communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding quality-related matters.
  • Prepare and distribute quality reports, summaries, and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and inspections.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment for the quality department.
  • Coordinate logistics for product shipments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Help with the organization and execution of training sessions and workshops for staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
