Responsibilities

We are seeking a calm, committed and capable person to provide classroom hospitality support at the Lauren Coaching Center in San Francisco, where we hold our coaching and personal development programs. Your role is to create and maintain a warm, safe and supportive space for the students in our classes. This entails classroom setup and cleaning, preparing coffee and snacks, refreshing and cleaning the classroom during breaks, and shopping for supplies (a car is required).

This is a split-shift position, with time required in the early morning (7-9 am) and then again the same afternoon (1-3 pm). Dates are set far in advance but are sporadic depending on how many classes are in session (it could be as many as 20-25 hours/week but not every week). Most classes occur on both weekdays and weekends, either from Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Sunday. While this is a part-time position, it is not temporary. We hope to find someone to join the team for 1-2 years or more.
