Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
We will train you, so experience is not necessary. However, you do need to understand how to use computers very well and have a friendly upbeat personality.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their needs.
- Assist customers with resolving billing issues.
- Enter customer information and order details accurately into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
