Position Summary
The Office Manager position is full-time, 40 hours per week (non-exempt, benefits available) and will primarily take place at our Little Village, Humboldt Park, or Midway location. The Office Manager will perform key administrative related tasks that include coordination and logistics of building schedule for activities and events, maintaining up-to-date programming schedules and calendars, maintaining inventory of office supplies, connecting building guests and program participants and families to appropriate program staff, and assisting with administration of off-site programming as needed. May require some local travel (reimbursable). Pay commensurate with experience. This position is in-person.
