Purpose of Job:

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing high-level administrative support for the CEO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant:

  • Provides direct support to Chief Executive Officer by assisting with calendar management and scheduling, handling travel and meeting arrangements, responding to correspondence and telephone inquiries, and other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Handles all duties associated with Board of Directors, including meeting setup, meeting notification, agenda creation, recording and distribution of minutes.
  • Responsible for the typing of memos, letters, forms, reports and other documents.
  • Responsible for maintenance and filing of contracts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required; or minimum three years, career-related, experience required. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.

Skills: Demonstrated competency in personal computers and related software, including MS Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills required. Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and changing priorities required.

Physical Demands:

Sitting at a workstation over 2/3rds of the day. Able to move around the facility under 1/3rd of the day. Reaching and using hands over 2/3rds of the day. Communicating is also required over 2/3rds of the day, while climbing, stooping or crawling is minimal. Lifting is also minimal but could be as much as 25lbs occasionally.
