Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required; or minimum three years, career-related, experience required. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated competency in personal computers and related software, including MS Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills required. Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and changing priorities required.
Physical Demands:
Sitting at a workstation over 2/3rds of the day. Able to move around the facility under 1/3rd of the day. Reaching and using hands over 2/3rds of the day. Communicating is also required over 2/3rds of the day, while climbing, stooping or crawling is minimal. Lifting is also minimal but could be as much as 25lbs occasionally.
