About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking a Partner Demand Generation Senior Manager for the North America region. This key role will be responsible for the development and execution of demand generation campaigns with and through our partners across multiple segments, KPI analysis and reporting, budget management and will partner closely with segment demand generation team members, the partner sales organization, and segment sales leadership to drive revenue growth in our North America region. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The ideal candidate will have strong demand generation experience and will have worked in a SaaS company leading partner channel marketing – with experience creating co-marketing plans with key partners and demand generation paths and plans to generate demand with all levels of partners.

What your contributions will be:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze multiple campaigns simultaneously, leveraging the full marketing mix to deliver against pipeline attribution at or above monthlytargets
  • Research and present recommendations for direct response marketing programs on behalf of and with and through channel partners including, but not limited to email campaigns, webinars, PPC, SEO, contentsyndication, industryconferences and onlineevents
  • Manage program execution, ensuring all tactical campaign elements are executed accurately and on time and ensure all campaign elements (messaging, content, creative, audience targeting) are aligned with the campaign plan andbudget
  • Manage programs with industry associations and publications including securing dates, placements, tactic types, and leaddelivery as needed
  • Drive the strategy for your content requirements, working closely with the content marketing team for campaign deliverables (white papers, success stories, Web pages, etc.)
  • Source regional events in person and virtual, to drive engagement to expand reputation andreach with and through partners
  • Elevate brand affinity and credibility through innovative event experiences and impactful speakingengagements with and through partners
  • Build and execute plans that leverage the Channel Partner ecosystem to drive brand awareness and demand in newmarkets
  • A maniacal focus on metric reporting and analysis to show evaluation of marketing program performance against revenue KPI’s and provide recommendations for tacticaloptimization
  • Provide recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics based on testing and analysis and optimize programs to achieve maximumimpact – which will be creating incremental demand with and through our partner channel
  • Partner with segment demand generation leaders, the sales team, and revenue operations to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and salesengagement
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices

What you will bring to the team

  • Hands-on B2B experience in inbound and demand generation marketing, including evidence of owning campaign execution, evaluation andoptimization
  • Equal strengths in technical (marketing automation program structure) and creative skills (event concepts, email copy, content topics, hosting webinars, etc.)
  • Proven ability to partner with C-level channel partner leadership to build the relationship necessary to build and execute successful channel growth plans
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing best practices and demand generation metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Hands on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Enthusiasm for learning new programs, platforms, andtechnologies

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years’ experience in a globalorganizationin a high-growth rolededicated to increasing the demand generation and bottom-line bookings from the partner channel
  • Hands-on experience using Marketo for email and marketingautomation
  • Experience using Asana, or other project managementtools
  • Experience usingSalesforce
  • Marketing experience in B2B SaaS software industry
  • Experience using webinar tools (i.e., Zoom Webinar,GoToWebinar)
  • Experience with channel partner tools – such as portal solutions
