VISTA OTC is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Scottsdale, AZ

Vista Advanced is looking for a dynamic, client-focused Business Development Manager able to nurture existing practitioners in, but not limited to Podiatry, Orthopedics, Neurology, Urology, Pain management and other related specialties with the intent of encouraging the recommendation to end users of Vista supplements and OTC’s . This highly visible position, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for meeting sales goals by advancing high quality medical solutions to specialized practitioners.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Build consultative relationships with practitioners, office staff and other decision makers
  • Responsible for driving sales and achieving sales goals across assigned products
  • Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute effective sales strategies that grow the existing base of business
  • Effectively utilize and update sales tools to accurately address trends in existing base of business, create call strategies, and to manage territory and strategic business plans
  • Master all products and applications by demonstrating ongoing competency
  • Drive sense of urgency in accounts to shorten purchase timelines
  • Complete all administrative requirements in a timely and comprehensive manner (expenses, compliance, Hubspot CRM as directed)
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed
  • Maintain required activity level – following established guidelines for number of calls / day, # products presented /account, and # contacts/account
  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape
  • Foster productive relationships with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and other key internal stakeholder groups
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with Company policy, and advises sales management promptly of any situation beyond the Business Advisor’s authority

Business Development Manager requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Strong understanding and passion for integrative health, wellness and functional medicine is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful B2B sales experience

· Self-motivated team player, goal oriented, and driven to succeed

· Confident and passionate

· Follow up and persuasion skills

· Ability to work independently as well as on a team
