Primary Duties:
Provide Unit Sales division administrative support with organizing job folders, filing, and ensuring proper documents are retained in job folders as directed by supervisor.
As directed, review and input data for the Parts division online sales website.
As directed, provide back up to the administrative team in reviewing parts backorders for proper tracking.
Provide support in projects across the dealership operations as directed by supervisor and as projects reveal a need for additional administrative support.
This position shall be scheduled in a part-time capacity with the goal of 15-20 hours per week year round. Periods of time may allow additional hours when dealership operations increase, but this will be scheduled with the employee as time allows and as the workload is necessary. Additional hours are not guaranteed.

Observes safety and security procedures; reports unsafe conditions and/or driver traffic violations to management team. Demonstrates a commitment to company safety and risk management efforts.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma and three to five years of relevant prior experience working in an office environment providing office administrative support. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have proficiency in use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, intranet, and email.
Proficiency at learning and utilizing software to complete essential duties is required.
Strong abilities with attention to detail and a strong background in office procedures.
Project organization skills.
Ability to listen to and communicate with managers and co-workers.
Interactions and Communications
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to read and write and otherwise communicate in English at a level consistent with ability to perform the following job functions:
Work Hours
Regular hours of work are determined and approved by management based on the operating needs of the business. Employee is expected to work around 15-20 hours per week on a year round basis. Attendance and punctuality are required of the position. Work hours may vary as the needs of the company may fluctuate and employee may be asked to be flexible as business needs change.
Decision Making
This position has limited authority to make decisions that are within detailed procedures and protocols and under close supervision. These decisions directly impact performance in the specific job and/or work unit and immediate supervision is suggested for matters employee encounters without procedure/precedent for their decision-making.
Thinking and Problem Solving
In relation to established procedures, protocols and policies of the company, the complexity of this job is low and challenges are minimal.
