- Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment, while working under minimum or no supervision.
- Ensuring that the necessary paperwork is accurately, neatly, timely, and thoroughly completed.
- Deliver of consistent excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction is always our goal.
- Must enforce and follow all safety rules, company regulations, safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 50 to 100#s regularly.
- Crawl, stand walk and work in crawl spaces, attics and other places in homes and businesses where HVAC equipment its located.
- Work and build trust with customers and co-workers.
- Maintain the company truck, client’s home, and him/herself in a clean and presentable manner.
- Listen to client’s concerns and find a solution to their issues.
- Work overtime when needed.

- Valid driver’s license required.
- All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- EPA Certification.
- All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
