Sales Professional Responsibilities:

  • Follow Service system process to identify customer needs and provide multiple options.
  • Master “Why Blanton’s” to effectively communicate our value to our customers.
  • Proper documentation of calls with videos, checklists, and proposals.
  • Monitor the sale from initial contact to final completion to ensure a “WOW experience.”
  • Consistently achieve conversion rate and average ticket goals.
  • With additional duties based on the needs of the company.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years of related sales experience
