Sales Professional Responsibilities:
- Follow Service system process to identify customer needs and provide multiple options.
- Master “Why Blanton’s” to effectively communicate our value to our customers.
- Proper documentation of calls with videos, checklists, and proposals.
- Monitor the sale from initial contact to final completion to ensure a “WOW experience.”
- Consistently achieve conversion rate and average ticket goals.
- With additional duties based on the needs of the company.
What you’ll need:
- 2-3 years of related sales experience
