Media Marketing Manager

Media Marketing Manager Job Details

We are looking for a Media Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing team and support NCSA and IMG Academy’s continued success in supporting high school student athletes in their developmental journey. This person will set up and manage the operations of all of our ad trafficking efforts across paid search, organic search, display, social, video, and audio. We’re looking for someone who can help IMG Academy and NCSA show up across all channels in an efficient, creative, and collaborative way. 

This individual will be instrumental in bringing best practices to our ad trafficking capabilities across the business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute all campaigns on our ad server. 
  • Proactively work across brand, creative, channel leads, and data teams to ensure we are learning as much as possible from each campaign through effective tagging. 
  • Oversight of holistic campaign performance across channels with duties to handle pacing and report out on campaign KPIs. 
  • Media planning strategy and forecasting to achieve targets. 
  • Performance review and analysis to continually optimize creative, targeting and channel allocation.
  • Hand-on-keys with ad tech operations. 
  • Solution campaigns as issues/gaps arise then bring forth these solutions to the broader team to ensure we are continually improving our ad trafficking process. 
  • Lead automation efforts to reduce the manual workload in our ad buy and trafficking processes. 
  • Stay out in front of new campaigns to ensure we are capturing, tagging, and storing incremental data appropriately. 
  • Work with the channel leads on benchmarks, portfolio/channel insights, test opportunities, and case studies for presentation to leadership. 
  • Collaborate on building out the ad tech stack. You will be a key stakeholder in this process. 
  • Lead digital media agency. 
  • Become an expert in the direction of Ad Tech as an industry, in order to keep NCSA and IMG Academy up to date with current trends, tools, and practices. 
  • QA responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working in ad trafficking operations with a proven track record of meeting KPIs, consistent execution, and tight collaboration. 
  • Previous familiarity with ad buying across display, search, social, video, and audio. 
  • Familiarity with GA360 and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Hands-on-keyboard experience with Campaign Manager 360. 
  • Familiarity with DV360. 
  • Ability to translate campaign/channel data to business insights. 
  • Experience with event tagging across channels. 
  • Experience with interactive video and event collection. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once. 
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position, based on various factors, including budget and industry data. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits, growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$110,000 annually
