We are seeking an exceptional Integrated Media Manager to help manage and execute programs across paid media channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, analytical and innately curious individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set to join us on our Americas team. Your projects will involve managing multi-million-dollar media campaigns, operational strategy, executive communications and ad tech evolution exercising your skills in media operational excellence and strategic story telling. 

You will sit within the Global Integrated Media Team, a nimble global center of excellence directly responsible for shaping, driving and delivering strategic media campaigns globally for Asset Management and the Private Bank, reporting to our Head of Americas Integrated Media. The successful candidate is an experienced project and digital campaign manager, skilled in executing on high-impact, tactical marketing programs that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative with diverse client management experience. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, and the ability to execute across multiple workstreams. Having a strong analytical foundation is required. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated media plans and optimize results via key media channels to improve KPIs and outputs in partnership with regional stakeholders, Business Intelligence and Marketing Specialist areas 
  • Activate cross-channel campaigns incorporating social, display, programmatic, web, live/digital events, etc. with agency team 
  • Work in partnership with our Search Campaign Manager to integrate with SEO/SEM strategies 
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels and translate to media segmentation strategy 
  • Own the reporting cadence and discipline for campaign(s). Measure performance based on the established measurement framework and provide optimization recommendations
  • Own the media campaign results – dig into the data and brainstorm with the agency and publisher(s) 
  • Effectively collaborate across functions including regional marketing managers, stakeholders, and agency partners to generate results through orchestrated execution and optimization of performance programs including strategy, messaging, branding, creative, trafficking, tagging, etc.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Use relationship management skills to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with cross-functional team members

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Experience designing and executing campaigns across multiple digital channels including firsthand experience in the fundamentals of media planning (media math, budget management, forecasting and optimizations) 
  • Knowledge of paid social, programmatic, offline, search marketing, and SEO
  • Intellectual curiosity, drive; self-starter
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Project Management experience 
  • Experience in progressive marketing & performance analytics experience in B2B/technology/finance/acquisition 
  • Experience in leveraging data visualization dashboards like Datorama, Google Analytics, Adobe
  • Knowledge of the MarTech landscape and proficiency with marketing tools/technologies such as: DSPs, CDPs/DMPs, DCO, MMM, MTA and Brand Safety IAS/MOAT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, BS or equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Experience in media platforms (search, programmatic or social) 
  • Experience at a media agency or DSP in strategy/buying
  • Experience with leveraging a CDP or DMP in media strategy
  • Experience in leveraging DCO in media strategy
