Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics is Hiring a Social Media and Marketing Ambassador Near New York, NY

Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & Medaesthetics is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Ambassador to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative, punctual, and hard-working. This position will benefit someone who is interested in marketing, social media, public relations, and event coordination. Please note that this position is for both of our office locations which are Great Neck and Manhattan. Must be able to commute to both locations.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING AMBASSADOR JOB DESCRIPTION: The Social Media and Marketing Ambassador will play an active role in the development and growth of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics. Our Brand Ambassador will help maintain Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics presence on various social media and web platforms by creating and publishing content that is relevant to our patient base. They will also assist in maintaining Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics’ brand image by helping with the coordination of events, and VIP/public relations. They will also be responsible for communication with our web providers and making sure we are hitting goals for SEO and google ads as well as providing analytic data for the company to analyze and assess our growth across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

· Update Instagram posts and stories, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok account and any other social media accounts

· Gather content for social posts (organic and paid), including brand updates, trending news, medspa videos, before and after images, and announcements.

· Engage with posts or comments on social media.

· Help ideate Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics’ growth via online social networks by increasing fan base and interactions.

· Complete other social media projects as assigned.

Digital Marketing/Email

- Come up with and implement a solid marketing plan to further the growth of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics by working with both our website/SEO agency as well as social media tools

· Takes pictures and videos of surgeries and procedures to be developed into content for our website, social media, RealSelf, and BeautyAdvisor.

· Uploads photos and videos to the appropriate server.

· Edit videos as well as before and after photos for posting.

· Work with website/SEO agency, providing web content and email marketing content.

· Create monthly email newsletter with graphics as well as the latest happenings at the office, new technology and monthly promotions.

· Completes other digital marketing projects as assigned.

Events

· Assist with coordinating multiple in-office events throughout the year

· Help secure vendors for events (catering, rental equipment, entertainment, decor, swag bags, etc.)

· Communicate details with drug reps depending on the event

Public Relations

· Work on making connections and facilitating digital and print press mentions

· Work with patient coordinators andto facilitate VIP treatments

· Assist with influencer outreach for social media and blogging partnerships

REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a bachelor's degree in either Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or Public Relations.

· Must have graphic design experience. Canva use is ok, but must have photoshop experience as well.

· Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.

· Detail oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with Google applications, and basic video editing software. Experience with Photoshop and iMovie is needed.

· Familiarity and facility with mainstream social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

· Experience with Nextech is a plus.

ELIGIBILITY We are looking for a full-time employee who understands the basic aspects of marketing with great communication skills. This person must be able flexible in commuting to both our Great Neck and Manhattan locations. Most importantly, the candidate should be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks as needed. An interest in beauty and cosmetic surgery is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
