Family owned and operated, local business in need of a full time Receptionist. We are looking for a team player, who is great at communication and is a natural born problem solver and helper. Applicant must be comfortable with answering/using a phone system and use of a computer. Job includes data entry, filing, and light cleaning. This person must be:
-Punctual and dependable. Trustworthy and reliable.
-Must be able to answer phones in a personable voice and record details…consistentl.
-Self motivated, with keen attention to detail.
-Able to return emails and forward to the appropriate person within the office.
-Able to assist with the creation of contracts and invoicing.
-Help with scheduling and time management.
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook) .
-Must be able to assist with data entry (enter bills, receipts, enter time for payroll). Understanding that organization and record keeping is critical to efficiency.
-Drivers License Required.
- Previous experience required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
