Creating Better Days is a CBD manufacturer located in Plantation, Fl. Our sister company is a manufacturer of Professor Whyte's Kratom. We are looking for tenured Inside Phone Account Executives with a positive and winning attitude to join our Inside Phone Sales Team. You will create an outbound strategy and work to build a book of business. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem solving will help in identifying ideal merchants that can grow & flourish with our product lines. This is an inside phone sales job. You must love the phones and making new contacts.
Lead the charge by reaching out to prospective merchants in all markets: Wholesale Distributors, Holistic entities, Smoke Shops, Chain locations etc.
Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and grow the accounts.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
Use your prior sales experience to continue to build and develop a book of business
Qualifications
Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
Ability to thrive in a team goal environment.
Ability to assimilate technical information.
Ability to relate to, understand and develop knowledge of customer testing applications.
