This role would be out of our Green Bay, WI Corporate Office. 
SUMMARY
As the Human Resources Intern at Nature’s Way, you will play an integral role in supporting the entire HR function to help drive companywide priorities. You will support day to day HR activities such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, training and development, and compliance. This internship will give you the opportunity to explore all parts of HR, provide you with the opportunity to develop holistically as a future HR Professional, and make lasting connections across Nature’s Way.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Collaborate with all areas of HR to ensure processes are streamlined and efficienceies are created.
  • Analyze data to provide business insights for the department and company.
  • Provide learnings and recommendations based on project work.
  • Assist with the maintenance of job descriptions.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Must be a current college student pursuing a bachelor's degree. 
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong computer skills are needed (Microsoft Suite).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work well with others and build relationships.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, problem solve and use good business judgement.
