Job Description
As an HR Generalist - Recruiter (also known as HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist), you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, develop and implement training programs, provide HR support to managers, and foster a positive work environment. Your role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and conducting benefits enrollment.
