Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist - Recruiter to join our team in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting passive candidates, providing HR support to managers, and experience in leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and on-boarding.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• HR guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
• Conduct benefits enrollment and maintain employee records.

Qualifications

• Passion for recruiting and driving employee engagement.
• Prior experience in recruiting passive candidates.
• Prior experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the tasks required for this role are completed from a seated position
• Use of hands, fingers, arms. Must be able to hear, see, speak
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on occasion
• Working environment - mostly office setting, with exposure to manufacturing environment
