About the Role

Nativo is looking for a Business Analyst to join our remote first team in architecting the future of advertising by creating meaningful connections with consumers on the only ad platform that combines the power of content with scale, measurement, and control.

Business Analysts are an integral part of the Business Operations team and provide the insights that assist in Nativo’s rapid growth and client retention. They work closely with our Marketing and BCS organizations to develop insights and best practices so that these teams work in the most effective manner possible.

 What You’ll Do on a Day to Day Basis:

• Serve as the main point of contact with Marketing and BCS organizations at Nativo.
• Own marketing data systems (Hubspot) as an admin. Assist in development of platform so that we can do proper syncing with Salesforce and can report on the full Marketing lead generation and cultivation cycle.
• Partner with BCS to develop streamlined workflows and reporting capabilities as issues arise.
• Manage Domo dashboards and update them with various partners to make sure they are impactful and relevant.
• Develop insights for Inside Sales Representatives role to make sure they’re impactful.
• Market Research to identify potential clients we should engage with.
• Identify areas where we can implement AI tools to improve access to our internal data.
• Learn Nativo’s internal database and reporting API capabilities and maintain scripts that power Domo

Skillset Needed

• 2-4 years of experience working on a wide variety of analytical projects
• Experience scoping projects from beginning to end
• Exposure and understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how Nativo fits in it
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with internal teams
• Resourceful, quick-witted, and able to effectively troubleshoot internally and externally
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience analyzing data and utilizing BI platforms such as Domo and Tableau
• Python experience preferred
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Within One Month, You’ll:

• Begin to learn our internal databases, meet with internal stakeholders, and begin identifying potential projects for various teams.

Within Three Months, You’ll:

• Work with senior business operations members in project scoping with stakeholders and oversee implementation of projects.
• Continue to master internal databases and begin modifying existing scripts as data requirements change.
• Manage dashboards for teams so that data is still relevant to their day-to-day operations.

Within Six Months, You’ll:

• Do project scoping independently for projects for stakeholders. Build out data flows, cards, and dashboards for teams.
• Write new scripts from scratch leveraging Nativo’s database and reporting API.

Additional Information

Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The starting pay range for this role is $76,500 - $85,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years’ experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
