**Role Overview:**

Process Review and Improvement:

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to assess existing processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within the cargo management systems.
• Implement best practices to optimize workflows.
• Identify required system changes and enhancements to meet operational requirements.
• Document detailed requirements for system improvements.
• Collaborate with IT departments to develop and provide system solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the enterprise strategy and IT architecture.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee system reliability.
• Lead the delivery of system enhancements, from planning to implementation.

New Customer Implementations:

• Manage the implementation of cargo management systems for new customers.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and training to maximize system adoption.
• Address customer-specific requirements and configurations.

Training:

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize their proficiency in using systems effectively.

IT Support:

• Provide technical support for cargo management systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure system availability and performance.
• Assist end-users in utilizing systems effectively and efficiently.

Experience and qualifications:

Mandatory (critical for the role)

• Cargowise Expertise (mandatory)
• Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in the context of Global Freight Forwarding or logistics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
