- Familiarity with different web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), database systems (particularly SQL Server).
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with web frameworks and web APIs. Experience in how to test them (swagger, postman, etc.)
- Mastery over Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in wireframing system based on gathered business requirements.
- Capability to diagnose issues and find creative solutions for technical and business challenges.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications.
- Experienced in writing business requirement documents, meeting minutes, and test scripts.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops, in particular the project management aspect of it. Similar knowledge in other systems (e.g. JIRA) acceptable.
- Experience in wireframing tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Experience in writing Wikis.
