• Accesses and routes files through AWD

• Processes BASICSVCRQ (Basic Service Request) work type through AWD

• Provides policy information by telephone to policyholders, agents, other financial institutions and plan administrators in an accurate and professional manner

• Researches computer data and policy files and generates the appropriate pre-formatted letters or service request forms

• Initiates service requests for List Bill and Agency using Kwik Create

• Initiates service requests for Annuity processing team Correct Requests, Stop-Pay and Reissue

• Forwards requests for services to the appropriate department

• Calculates and provides information on policy provisions as well as:

Loan Audits

Premium Audits

Statements of account

State and Federal withholding guidelines

Research and correction of IRS Forms 1099R and 5498

• Calculates Cost Basis information

• Hardship withdrawals-full and partial

• Calculates and reports any taxable gain on annuity distributions according to IRS regulations

• Verifies ownership before providing information to callers

• Obtains owner?s authorization before releasing information to third parties

• Reviews loan data on both active and repaid loans

• Reviews divorce decrees, including QDROS

• Reviews trust agreements, POA?s and other legal documents

• Enters address changes into computer

• Assists with processing based upon individual training/knowledge in high work inventory periods
