As a Customer Service Rep, you play a vital part in our company being able to operate smoothly. As the face and voice of our company, you have the opportunity to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You are friendly and professional as you answer calls, schedule appointments, and sell contracts. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions allows you to easily create a great rapport with people. In addition to assisting customers, you perform other administrative duties as needed.
