We want to find an adaptable and results-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to help support and evolve our capabilities for the National Grid Customer Transformation business domain in Waltham, MA. These capabilities will allow us to provide an always improving experience to our customers while reducing our costs to serve them. You'll be responsible for the daily production support and ongoing development and configuration of the Salesforce platform. • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks included but not limited to user and license management, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and process automation with process builder and Flows.
• Provide end user production support, solve business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.
• Collaborate with salesforce administrators and developers to implement customizations and solutions when necessary.
• Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.
• Manage data quality, data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact on the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or in related field.
• 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrative experience for 500 users.
• 5 years of end user production support experience.
• Strong salesforce product knowledge of Sales cloud and Service cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Experience in creating business requirements, technical requirements, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis.
• Basic Apex and visualforce development experience.
• Experience creating and implementing Salesforce best-practices for the salesforce platform.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with technical and non-technical resources.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

• Salesforce AdministratorCertification.
• Experience with enhanced optimizer, field service lightning, and mule.
