Position: CRM Technical Administrator
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
About the Role:
The CRM Technical Administrator is primarily responsible for the technical aspects of managing and maintaining a CRM system. Their role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the CRM platform, implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements, and providing support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
-Configuring and customizing the CRM system to meet business needs.
-Integrating and managing data across multiple platforms.
-Developing and maintaining work flows and automation processes.
-Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.
-Monitoring system performance and implementing maintenance tasks.
-Documenting configurations, customizations, and processes.
-Continuously improving system functionality and efficiency.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $90,000 base salary
- 6% bonus (based on company performance)
- Benefits package including health, dental, and 401k
