Job Description:
As a Solar Sales Representative for NFR’s Solar Division, you will play a pivotal role in our presence in the solar energy sector, providing opportunities for you with career growth. You will work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to all your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals in the solar energy market.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through exemplary service and support.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office, sales management software and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven while maintaining integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of local solar regulations and incentives. (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in solar sales or a related field. (preferred)
- Understanding of solar energy products and solutions. (preferred)
