What the position offers:

This is an opportunity to enhance your sales, communication, and negotiation skills while earning significant income. Our Solar Business Development Representatives are trained in our systems to qualify candidates and have significant bonus potential based on the quality of those candidates. We offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry, allocating 50% of the commission to business development efforts.

Once fully trained and certified, solar BDRs will progress toward advanced sales, management, or closing roles. We offer a 6-12 month sales and leadership development curriculum that will parallel your growth within the position and company.
