Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Attending Manufacturer and supplier presentations to learn the benefits of their products
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide estimates and pricing to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and co-workers
- Experience in the Commercial Pool Industry and outside sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of Commercial Pool related products and services is a plus
