Job Title: Contract Specialist

Candidates should possess 3 years’ administrative experience, have had experience working directly with customers, have good organizational skills and time management.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for entering all new contracts and making changes to current contracts in E-Automate. Bill all recurring service contracts timely and accurately. Ensure all meter reads are input timely. Be available to assist with telephone coverage and incoming customer concerns, this will require the Contract Specialist to work daily within MS Office and

You will need to have good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

20% Entering New Contracts

15% Making Changes to Current Contracts
