Position Summary:

The Manager, Product Management will be responsible for managing the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for their assigned product portfolio. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product innovation and growth. In addition, they will work with product ops, and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives.
• Help craft and implement product marketing strategies for all product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.
• Assist with conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs.
• Help define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and business results.
• Work with Product Ops to ensure smooth operation and delivery of products.
• Partner with the product management specialist on all product tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Self-starter with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
