ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Looking for an energetic, detail oriented, organized, fast learner to work in the accounts payable department for a fast-moving manufacturing company. Must possess 2 years minimum of Accounts Payable experience, be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, scanning, and electronic filing of documents. Despite experience, must be willing to accept training and follow company procedures.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the review, coding, and posting of accounts payable item receipts and invoices in to accounting software, will work will bill.com online bill pay system, complete weekly reconciliation of credit card charges and monthly statements, when necessary tracking down paperwork by contacting vendors and or other employees needed (working within established chain of command) Responsibilities will also include daily scanning, attaching, and filing of all accounts payable paperwork adhering to guidance set forth by the company process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
