Narrows is seeking a career-minded, detail- and service-oriented individual to fill a permanent, full-time Bookkeeping/Customer Service position. Responsibilities Include:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Prevailing Wage Reports

Inventory tracking and adjustments

Monthly and Quarterly B&O Tax Filing

Invoicing

Answer and Direct Phone Calls

Customer Service

Schedule Appointments

Data Entry

Maintain Databases

Experience & Education Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor degree a plus

Some relative experience, either in Reception, Bookkeeping, Customer-Service, or Construction industry a plus

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
