NaplesHeart Rhythm Specialists is Hiring a Medical Assistant (FT) Near Naples, FL
- Assisting clinicians with patient care.
- Rooming patients, ECG, Holter & event monitor.
- Chart abstraction & making sure all pertinent labs & diagnostic test results are available for the clinician.
- Electronic prescription refills, and busy phone triage.
- Prior medical office experience.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Current BLS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Note: All M.A.s will be crossed trained in all duties but tasks are divided.
