• Scheduling patient appointments
• Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner
• Checking patients in and out of the clinic which includes explanation of benefits, collection of co-payments, and having patients complete their paperwork
• Answering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate party
• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Administrator
• Answer and transfer phone calls for a very busy switchboard.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Take and deliver messages as needed.
• Screen calls to ensure authenticity, and make sure messages are communicated to the correct recipient.

• Prior Medical Office Experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Customer Service Ability.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
• Dependable.
• Computer Experience- EMR.
• Reliable Transportation.
