Opportunity to join our team in this expanding cardiology practice. Looking for a bright, organized individual that will follow instructions and clinical orders but also has initiative.

We are a busy, fast-paced cardiology office. The candidate will perform a variety of duties in both the clinical and administrative areas.

Job Duties :

• Assisting clinicians with patient care.
• Rooming patients, ECG, Holter & event monitor.
• Chart abstraction & making sure all pertinent labs & diagnostic test results are available for the clinician.
• Electronic prescription refills, and busy phone triage.

Job Requirements :

• Prior medical office experience.
• Performing EKG's and Manual Vitals a must.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Current BLS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not required.
