Nada is Hiring a Social Media Specialist Near Dallas, TX

The Role

Over the last 3 years of building the foundation of Nada, we’ve focused on developing a platform with staying power. Now, it’s time to spread the word and make Nada a household name through a focus on content, community, and conversation. Our Social Media Specialist will be responsible for leading the creative and strategic planning & execution of our content across all organic channels, including our social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, etc.), and developing new channels to communicate with potential users. You’ll be responsible for working with the creative team to conceptualize, manage processes, and distribute content (written, static, and video) as well as determining and measuring content KPIs. While the brand has established a strong voice with our current users, it’s up to you to build the future social voice and content cadence of Nada.


You Will

  • Give Nada a recognizable voice across social channels, adapting to the needs of each platform while (when possible) staying within brand guidelines
  • Structure our communication with customers, potential customers, supporters, and detractors across social channels
  • Work with the design team to create compelling content and take reactive in-the-moment chances
  • Build the Nada social team from the ground up
  • Build out ambassadorship, organic campaigns, and partnership campaigns
  • Curate content to be posted, optimize promote what works, and understand adjust the content that doesn't


You Have

  • 2 years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts
  • An ability to communicate with many different personality types (while staying level-headed)
  • Experience building aspirational and relevant content spanning Gen X, Millennial, and Gen-Z
  • A well-formed design aesthetic, along with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience building and scaling social media accounts
  • Experience building communities across relevant social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter, and more
  • An ability to thrive in an environment with constantly changing priorities, with experience building across multiple teams with a unified message
  • Experience juggling multiple work streams with tight schedules
  • Bonus: an understanding of and interest in investing, experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors, experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects
  • Experience using personal finance and/or investing and trading platforms
  • Belief in Nada’s mission to democratize real estate wealth
