Greysteel is Hiring a Remote Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy to increase brand awareness and support marketing and sales objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct public relations efforts, including writing press releases, managing media inquiries, and maintaining relationships with industry journalists.
- Produce and manage podcast content, including topic selection, guest outreach, and coordination with production teams.
- Lead award submissions for industry recognitions, ensuring high-quality entries and adherence to submission guidelines.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
- Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics for covers, profiles, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, etc.) of all social media accounts.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including the development of relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
- Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Social Media Manager with a track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience in public relations, podcast content creation, and award submission management.
- Exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers, industry influencers, and journalists.
- Good understanding of the principles of SEO and experience in creating content that is optimized for search engines.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the performance of our social media and PR campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
