Join our dynamic team and be a part of the solution!N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time Human Resources Outreach Coordinator to support our NIH Contract customer at National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an independent NIMH ambassador to potential employees, providing insights into the organization to help potential applicants develop an understanding of why they should join the organization. Provides materials to represent NIMH's mission, goals, and accomplishments
  • Coordinate recruitment with NIH Global Recruitment office and provide that office with necessary products to recruit
  • Coordinate the utilization of the NIH Corporate Recruitment Unit
  • Identify a diverse range of viable candidates within medical and research fields using outreach methods
  • Work with both Extramural and Intramural Workforce Section Chiefs to identify priority recruitments for outreach activities, specific competencies required for positions
  • Independently serve as the first level review of resumes to identify potential applicants from large, general certificates
  • Utilize all non-traditional hiring mechanisms to include Pathways, Schedule A, and veterans' preference
  • Identify, prioritize, and build relationships with universities and organizations that facilitate hiring activities
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and events as the NIMH Recruitment Outreach Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources
  • Self-starter with experience with targeted recruitment in administrative and scientific organizations or related areas
  • Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roles
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • U.S. Citizenship
